  • An order can be cancelled before it has been fulfilled or shipped. Normally we ship all orders within 48 business hours so call or email us as soon as you have decided to cancel the order.

  • How do I cancel my order ?

    COD orders can be cancelled directly from the registered account before it gets shipped. For prepaid orders, You can cancel your orders by sending an email to hello@suvo with subject line “Order Cancellation” along with providing your order number. Any amount already paid to us will be added back to refunded to your account or added to your wallet depending on what was used to pay for the order. You can also contact our Customer Care by calling us at +91 7011802779 to cancel the order.

  • What if the order is already shipped ?

    If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, if you do not wish to accept the order simply do not accept the shipment and the courier company will send the shipment back to us. Once we have received and inspected the shipment, we will initiate a return if you had placed a prepaid order. In case of Cash on Delivery order, no further action will be required.

  • What if I want to make changes to my placed order ?
